Wendy Williams’ Son Arrested For Punching His Father

As if things aren’t rough already, media personality Wendy Williams now has to deal with a physical altercation that happened between her estranged husband, Kevin Hunter, and their 19-year-old son, Kevin Jr.

According to TMZ, it all started when Wendy dropped her son off at their New Jersey home to pick up some things while Wendy ran errands. Unbeknownst to Kevin Jr., his father was in the home at the time. Things were okay until they had a confrontation at a convenience store parking lot later in the evening.

Apparently, Kevin Jr. confronted his father about his demand for spousal support in his impending divorce (which Wendy filed last month after years of infidelity and a possible baby on the side). In turn, Kevin Sr. accused his son of being “brainwashed” by his mother and told HIM that he should work hard on his own, without Wendy’s handouts. Go figure.

Anyway, things got so heated that Kevin Sr. put his son in a headlock, prompting the son to punch him in the nose to break free. Kevin Jr. was arrested, but his father is not planning to file charges, saying, “I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear.”
