One Woman Killed, Two Injured In Flint Crash

Police in Flint are investigating a crash that killed one woman and injured two others.

Police say two women, 20-year-old Jaqaila Walker and 39-year-old Kriston Brannam, were in a black GMC Acadia heading north on South Grand Traverse Street around 2:30 P.M. when they struck a maroon GMC Terrain heading west on West Atherton Road. The Terrain was driven by 43-year-old Jaquaya Buford, who died at the scene, according to police. Brannam and Walker were taken to a local hospital with critical injuries.

Police say speed, plus alcohol or drugs are likely factors in the crash.
