The iconic Janet Jackson is set to embark on her new world tour in 2023 and she’s taking her time to plan out every detail, including making sure her crew members and employees have been fully vetted in support of the #MeToo movement. Janet’s goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for herself and everyone working for her.

A source close to Janet’s camp said that performing these background checks are far from cheap, but the peace of mind they provide is priceless. There’s a lot a stake on her Together Again tour, and she’s making sure that she dots all of her I’s and crosses her T’s prior to it’s start. Janet want’s to make sure that she does everything in her control to ensure that any problematic people aren’t associated with her, her tour or legacy.

Beyoncé’ is the first superstar to announce she was performing these checks on her employees prior to launching her highly anticipated Renaissance World Tour later this year. With so much at stake, who can blame these ladies? They should also be commended for providing a safe working environment for their staff prior to their tours beginning. Black Girls Rock!
