It’s been a hectic week and I haven’t been able to get moving as much as I’d like to, but something is better than nothing. I found myself rearranging furniture around in my house versus going to the gym out of convenience. Old habits like procrastination tried to creep back in, but once I noticed it, I sprang into action. I’d been packing up my place to move to a larger space, so luckily I didn’t have too many things to move around, to get the space to work out comfortably.  I’m usually listening to Kiss 107.1, but on occasion I like to shake things up by creating my own playlist that not only gets me moving, it keeps me moving. Here’s my weekly 30 minute playlist….
