Great Lakes Bay Region Fire Departments Conduct Collaborative Training Exercise

Firefighters from around the Great Lakes Bay Region participated in an annual training event last week.

The Bay City Department of Public Safety hosted personnel from the Saginaw, Midland, and Bangor Township Fire Departments to conduct Rapid Intervention Team training. The Public Safety Department says the training is a realistic experience that gives firefighters a baseline from which to operate, while also helping them learn to adapt to changing variables.
