Join us for a town hall event hosted by the Saginaw Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. With a spotlight on House Bill 4878, also known as the Michigan Fair Chance Access to Housing Act, our event aims to inform the community and provide resources to formerly incarcerated individuals and their families.
Featuring:
- Personal testimony from a member of Nation Outside (an advocacy group for formerly incarcerated people)
- Presenters in criminal justice, civil rights, and State Legislature- Rep Amos O’Neal
- Information resource stations from local agencies to offer help and hope
