The Grammy’s Nominees Have been announced.

Nominees for the 65th Annual Grammy Awards were announced yesterday, and the Queen Bey, Beyonce led the pack with a total of 9 nominations for her 7th solo project, Renaissance. Other nominees include Kendrick Lamar, Latto, Mary J. Blige and Babyface.

With all the excitement surrounding the Grammys, there is still controversy surrounding the awards show often billed as “the biggest night in music”. On one hand you have artists like Summer Walker, who thanked her fans for rocking with her and coming to her shows despite being overlooked again for a nomination. On the other hand, you have rappers GloRilla and Latto tweeting congratulatory tweets to one another to celebrate their nominations.
