Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Fights Back Against Lawsuit From ‘Lil Rod’

Sean “Diddy” Combs is pushing back against his Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones case. Diddy and his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, have filed documents asking a judge to dismiss Rod’s shocking accusations against him. Diddy’s motion for dismissal includes a recent video of Rod during 50 Cent’s Humor and Harmony Festival earlier this month. In the clip, Rod can be heard demanding that Diddy “pay him that money by Monday.” According to the mogul, Rod is simply trying to snag a quick payday. Do you think that this suit will be thrown out?
