Saginaw Pedestrian Killed in Hit and Run Crash

Around 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Saginaw police officers were dispatched to the area of E. Holland and S. Jefferson St in response to a vehicle hitting a pedestrian.

According to police, the involved vehicle had already left the scene upon the officers arrival. A 30-year-old Saginaw man, identified as Raymundo Delgado, Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators determined the vehicle was a burgundy minivan or SUV and was last seen traveling north on S. Jefferson.
