Saginaw Man Arrested for Child Rape

A Saginaw man is facing multiple charges for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl.

48-year-old Desi Henderson is accused of three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 13. He was arrested Monday, July 22. Police say Henderson’s abuse began in 2015 and continued up through this year. If convicted, he’ll face a minimum 25 year sentence, up to life in prison.

Henderson is denied bond and is held in the Saginaw County Jail. He has a preliminary hearing August 8.
