Reward Offered for Parole Violater

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest of a man wanted for parole violation.
Police say 35-year-old Robert Hilyard was originally jailed on assault and resisting, obstructing and disarming a police officer. Hilyard is 5’11” and 190 pounds. He wears glasses, has a shaved head and has brown facial hair. He also has several tattoos.
Police believe he’s in the Bay City area. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 422-JAIL.
