Plane Crashes At Caro Airport, Pilot Okay

A small plane crashed in Tuscola County Monday afternoon.

The Tuscola County Sheriff’s Department says the pilot reported a mechanical failure, which caused the plane to crash at the Caro Airport just after 5:00 P.M. The pilot was the only person on board and was okay following the crash, according to police.

State police are conducting the investigation into the crash.
