Ordinance Amendment For Recreational Pot Adopted By Bay City Commission

Bay City Commissioners okayed an ordinance amendment for  recreational marijuana Monday which brings the city in line with state emergency rules that have just come down.

City Manager Dana Muscott expects more changes from the state. But Muscott predicts forms will be available at Bay City Hall soon for
people wanting to sell pot for recreational use.
