New Office-Medical Services Development Coming To Saginaw Township

A vacant site within an office-medical services area near Tittabawassee and Fashion Square Boulevard in Saginaw  Township will see new activity soon.

Township Community Development Director Steve King says medical offices would be developed along with a forensic pathology lab to service hospitals in the region.

King added work at the location on McLeod Drive East should start right away after the Planning
Commission granted site plan approval Wednesday with operations ready to go in perhaps a couple of months.
