Man Wounded in Saginaw Shooting

Saginaw and state police are investigating a shooting that took place Saturday, June 1.
Police say the incident occurred in the 2300 of Phoenix St. between 17th and 20th around 11:00 p.m. A 30-year-old man, who has not been identified, suffered gunshot wounds to his face and leg. He’s being treated in a down state hospital and his condition is currently unknown. No suspect information is available. Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call 9-1-1 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 422-JAIL.
