Yes, you read that headline correctly.

NBA legend Scottie Pippen is currently in a legal battle against comedian Lindsay Glazer-Woloshin and her husband, Jacob Woloshin, after the home they were renting from the former Chicago Bull was left completely trashed. To add to the chaos, the Chicago Tribune is reporting that Pippen has recently amended his lawsuit to include the couple’s five-year-old daughter as well.

According to the lawsuit, Pippen allowed the family to rent his property in Fort Lauderdale, FL, after they were displaced by Hurricane Irma in September 2017. The family placed a $50,000 deposit on the home, which was on the market for $10 million. However, Pippen says it would not even begin to cover the full amount of damage done on the home, which includes dog and cat urine all over, damaged front gate, and destroyed cabinets and drawers.

As for the five-year-old being named in the lawsuit, she is being accused of vandalizing the property with markers and crayons. Therefore, Pippen is using this to accuse the Woloshins of being bad parents who did little to stop her vandalizing ways. The lawsuit is filed on counts of negligence, vicarious liability, conversion, and breach of lease. He is suing for $109,317.62, to be paid to his revocable trust, to cover the damages.
