Interviewer apologizes after asking Kelly Rowland about living under Beyonce's light!

Hot 97 personality Peter Rosenberg found himself in the hot seat from fans of Kelly Rowland, after his line of questioning during a recent interview. The talented singer was there to promote her latest film, “Fantasy Football”, along with actress Marsai Martin. Instead of giving Kelly her flowers for her many accomplishments as a solo artist and an original member of Destiny’s Child, he decided to ask Kelly how she felt “playing second to Beyonce” and called B “the brightest light”.

Kelly took the high road and reminded Rosenberg that both she and Beyonce shine. She said, “Here’s the thing. Light attracts light. I am a light, so I am a beautiful brown shining light, so I don’t think anybody’s light dims anyone else’s” We couldn’t agree more with Kelly. Rosenberg later apologized for his questions.
