The former Suniva plant in Saginaw Township will soon have  new ownership.

Blue Thumb from neighboring Kochville Township is  acquiring the property as part of an effort to consolidate their
pre-manufactured pond and related supply operations. Saginaw  Township Manager Rob Grose says it’s good news as the site is an excellent fit for any manufacturer after the improvements Bierlein Companies made on behalf of Suniva.

Grose expects Blue Thumb to be moving in shortly, although no firm date has been set yet.
