Brooks, a former felon recently completed the process of having his felonies expungement, while attending an expungement clinic. “I can’t explain the amount of freedom I felt after having that weight lifted off my shoulders.
I finally have my life back. I’m thankful that my poor judgment as a youth no longer has to haunt me as an adult”.

Moore, The Saginaw County Sheriff’s Department, The Saginaw Police Department, and The Saginaw Community Action Center. The event is open to all Michigan residents regardless of county. Individuals with more than 3 felony offenses will not be eligible for expungement through the petition process unless they fall within the “One Bad Night” exception under the law.
