Alzheimer’s Foundation of America virtual educational conference for Michigan residents

The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) will hold a free virtual conference on July 13th
at 10:00 am EST that will provide Michigan residents with information about Alzheimer’s
disease, brain health, caregiving, care planning, support services and more.
