Leadership Saginaw County is a 10 month community awareness program designed to familiarize existing and emerging leaders with the advantages and challenges present in Saginaw County. The program provides participants with the opportunity to meet with community leaders to gain insight and deepen their understanding of our community while fostering a network of contacts among participants and presenters.
An overnight retreat in August kicks off the program followed by day-long sessions each month from September through graduation in June. Sessions include on-site visits, tours, and hands-on experiences in the following areas:
Overnight Retreat and Orientation
History of Saginaw County
People Helping People
Arts, Culture & Entertainment
Wrap Up Retreat
To apply, complete and return your application by May 31, 2020. Every attempt is made to select a group of participants representing a broad cross-section of community interests and professions.
