Classes Canceled At Bay City’s Handy Middle School

Bay City’s T. L. Handy Middle School will be closed Friday, May 17th, because of building issues. A problem with the west side Bay City school’s swimming pool resulted in the flooding of an underground tunnel containing mechanical and electrical systems. All other Bay City Schools are OPEN.
