I’m from Detroit, so of course I’ve gotta kick it off with , “What up Doe?” LOL! I hope all is well with you and your family. I shared with you about a month ago that I made a commitment to getting exercise of some sort everyday and improving my eating habits.

While I’m on-air, I commit to getting in at least 500 steps per hour. Sometime I get moving in the studio, other times I take a quick walk around the station. I’ve been known to sit at my desk, but my legs are moving underneath. Some movement is better than no movement, so if you’re on this journey with me… make sure you love on yourself throughout it; the ups and downs. You’re always winning if  you never give up!

When I’m not on air and want to get some exorcise, I’ve got to to have some good music to listen to. Something to motivate me, to get me and keep me moving. Every Friday, I’m gonna share my weekly playlist of the songs I’m listening to while I’m getting some exercise, whether I’m at the gym or sitting down at home. I’ve got a diverse taste in music so hopefully I turn you on to some new music to listen to!
