Bay City Commissioners Approve New Police Union Contract

A new four year agreement is in place between Bay City and the local Police Officers Association of Michigan bargaining unit through June 30th, 2023.

The contract approved by City Commissioners Monday includes equalization of overtime to include the Fire Operations Division.

There’s  also a 1.5% pay raise with ratification plus a similar raise July First and again every six months afterward
with the last hike coming January First, 2023.
