Jay-Z Performs Before a Collage of Various Artist Mugshots

Jay-Z and Beyonce kicked off the OTR II tour and decided to expand on a set design that previously had them in the headlines.

In 2014, the couple chose to display the mug shots of Lil Kim and Justin Bieber during their first On The Run Tour. Beyonce was allegedly telling audiences that “even the greatest can fall.”

This time around for the second edition of the tour, Jay-Z decided to make mug shots apart of the design scheme yet again, but this time they added quite a bit of new faces.

Shown in a photo from their show is the mugshots of Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Meek Mill, and Kimora Lee Simmons. Another screen featured a collage of 50 Cent’s mug shots while in another, Hov decided to even use his mug shot. Also included in was the mug shot of Nicki Minaj, who posted the photo on her Instagram with the caption, “When Jay asks for your mugshot for his tour backdrop.”

The OTR II worldwide tour kicked off June 6th in Cardiff, Wales then continued on to Glasgow, Scotland on Saturday night. Fans have been gushing over the elaborate set designs, Beyonce’s costumes, dancing, and a steamy photo book the couple are selling.

Fans in England are next up to get the Beyonce/Jay-Z experience with a Manchester stop on the 13th before back-to-back dates in London on June 15th and June 16th. The European leg of the tour will also make stops in Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona, Milan, ad Paris, ending in Nice, France on July 17th. American fans will get the Carter experience when the second leg of the tour picks up in Cleveland on July 25th.
