Janet Jackson Calls Police to Check on 1-Year-Old Son With Ex-Husband

According to ABC News, Janet Jackson called police to ask them to do a welfare check on her one-year-old son, Eissa, on June 2nd.

The information bureau of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Sheriff confirms that it responded to a call shortly before 10 p.m. at the Nobu Hotel in L.A.  At the time, Eissa was with his father, Wissam Al Mana, who is Janet’s estranged husband.  There was no arrest, and the child was fine.

Jackson’s brother Randy Jackson told Entertainment Tonight that Janet became alarmed when a nanny told her she was “terrified” by Al Mana’s aggressive behavior and “locked herself in the bathroom so she could contact Janet.”
